How can we help?

Nothing to list, nothing to set up, no monthly fee, and every tool included. We take 12.5% of vote value when votes are cast, and 5% plus 50¢ on a paid registration, card processing included. You keep the rest, paid out per your payout schedule (see below).

We release your payout three business days after voting closes, and it often lands sooner. Banks, weekends and holidays can add a day or two. We may hold a payout longer when something needs a closer look, for example unusual dispute activity. Your payout settings page always shows your actual schedule.

Yes. Always. Every $1 a voter spends on votes credits one vote to your contestant. A Pageant Post service fee of 2.9% + 37¢ is added on top, and it is separate from the vote amount.

Yes. We use Stripe Checkout, which supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and any major card.

No. There is no signup and no password. We ask for an email at checkout to send the receipt.

You choose. Each division has three display modes: Live Leaderboard (counts and ranks visible), Counts Only (counts visible, no ranks), and Hidden (no counts until the director reveals results). Directors pick what fits their contest.

The director can mark them withdrawn. Their votes are preserved for accounting but they're hidden from the public page. No refunds to existing voters (votes are final per policy).

Not at launch. Pageant Post is US only for now. We may expand internationally once we've nailed the US experience.

Votes are final and not refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or verified payment error. If a chargeback is filed and won by the cardholder, the corresponding votes are deducted from the contestant's total.

Optional but encouraged. When you upload, you confirm via checkbox that you have parental consent to display the contestant's name and photo (since contestants are typically minors). We keep a record of that confirmation.

When you pay an entry fee by card, a Pageant Post service fee of 5% plus 50¢ is added. You see it before you pay, and some directors cover it for you. A free entry has no fee.

Each pageant sets its own refund policy, shown on the registration page before you pay. If the director gives money back, it comes as a refund or as a credit toward their future pageants. The service fee is not returned.

Open My entries and tap the entry. Any forms the director asks for are on that page, and you can come back to finish them later.

Ask the pageant director. They can withdraw the entry and decide whether any money comes back, under the refund policy you saw when you registered.
