How can we help?

Nothing to list, nothing to set up, no monthly fee. We take 12.5% of vote value when votes are cast (10% on Pro). You keep the rest, paid out per your payout schedule (see below).

Payouts are sent 72 hours after voting closes, including your first pageant. Where risk indicators warrant (for example, unusual dispute activity), we may apply a longer hold to specific accounts; you'll always see your actual schedule on your payout settings page.

Yes. Always. Every dollar a voter spends on votes credits one vote to your contestant. A small card processing fee (paid to Stripe) is added on top, but that's separate from the vote amount. No exceptions, no fine print.

Yes. We use Stripe Checkout, which supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and any major card. On a phone, voting takes about two taps.

No. Voting is easy: no signup, no password. We capture an email at checkout to send the receipt.

You choose. Each division has three display modes: Live Leaderboard (counts and ranks visible), Counts Only (counts visible, no ranks), and Hidden (no counts during the contest, like a slot machine). Directors pick what fits their contest.

Director can mark them withdrawn. Their votes are preserved for accounting but they're hidden from the public page. No refunds to existing voters (votes are final per policy).

Not at launch. Pageant Post is US only for now. We may expand internationally once we've nailed the US experience.

Votes are final and not refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or verified payment error. If a chargeback is filed and won by the cardholder, the corresponding votes are deducted from the contestant's total.

Optional but encouraged. When you upload, you confirm via checkbox that you have parental consent to display the contestant's name and photo (since contestants are typically minors). We log that attestation for legal protection.
